Step #1

1) Slide the Eyes-n-Tubes “Y” tube onto the hook.

Step #2

2) Wrap a base layer of thread along the bend end of the hook.

Step #3

3) Tie 4 pieces of rootbeer crystal flash and 2 biots onto the bend end of the hook.

Step #4

4) Wrap a small amount of amber/gold dubbing close to the biots.

Step #5

5) Add a dab of cement where the eyes will be slid into place at the end of the thread.

Step #6

6) Slide eyes into place and secure with thread.

Step #7

7) Add a liberal amount of amber/gold dubbing toward the eye of the hook.

Step #9

9) Add a liberal amount of amber/gold dubbing.

Step #10

10) Add 2 more biots, more amber/gold dubbing, and 2 final biots. Whip finish and cement.
