Step #1

1) Slide the “Barbell” style eyes onto the hook.

Step #2

2) Put a base layer of thread onto the hook where the eyes are to be located and add a dab of cement.

Step #3

3) Tie the eyes in place, add 4 strands of crystal flash. Using the thread, shape a body toward the eye of the hook.

Step #4

4) Wrap pearle micro tinsel from just in front of the eyes to the eye of the hook.  Add a coat of cement for added strength.

Step #5

5) Tie approx. 50 strands of floro fibre onto the eye end of the hook.  Leave approx. 1/4 inch of the fibre past the hook eye to form the tail.

Step #6

6) Fan out the tail.

Step #7

7) Add some cement to hold the tail in place.

Step #8

8) Pull the floro fibre tight and tie securely in front of the eyes.

Step #9

9) Cement for added strength.
