Step #1

1) Slide the eyes onto the hook using the hole provided in the Eyes-n-Tube “Y” tube eye.

Step 2

2) Tie a base layer of thread onto the bend end of the hook. Add 2 pieces of root beer crystal flash.

Step 3

3) Tie on 2 rubber legs and wrap with flashabou.

Step 4

4) Add a dab of cement.

Step 5

5) Slide the eyes forward lifting the rubber legs to a desired position.

Step 6

6) Be sure that the eyes are hanging below the shank of the hook before proceeding.

Step 7

7) Tie the eyes down securely while forming a nicely tapered body.

Step 8

8) Attach root beer chenille.

Step 9

9) Wrap your chenille toward the eye of the hook.

Step 10

10) Tie a liberal amount of pseudo hair.

Step 11

11) With a permanent marker, barr the pseudo hair.

Step 12

12) Whip finish and cement to finish.
